Pricci

Update- Went to Pricci’s tonight for dinner for a return visit. FABULOUS. Had a calf liver starter with grits that was outstanding. The Fritto Misto was delicious- just the right amount of breading and lightly fried. The veal chop was remarkable. It was perfect. My dinner guest had the pasta with shrimp, which was delicious, and the other guest had the cippino. The service was 5 star. Kudos to the chef and the restaurant. I will definitely return. Went to the restaurant tonight because I had a gift certificate. Five of us dined. I ordered the Veal Milanese, which left a lot to be desired. My broccolini could have been better. Two others at the table ordered the Bronzino, and split it. After telling the server, a manager came over, the Chef came out to apologize for us not liking some of our entrees and allowed us to choose other entrees. The lamb chops, which were a replacement, were fabulous as were the truffle fries. The other dining companion had the pork chop which she said was delicious and another had the Chilean sea bass which was fully devoured. Suffice to say, , but KUDOS to the restaurant for doing everything right to take care of the issue. The Chef was a joy and the manager was very nice, If you go, get the lamb, Chilean Sea Bass and pork chop.

Had the pairing menu the Red snapper was dry and tough sent back. Nothing about this Italian restaurant smelled like homemade Italian food. Reading the reviews I must of come on an off night I would never come back the manager Kenneth Mitten gave me his business card said please come back but call me first so I can arrange something special for you guys. One chance they get there's to many other great restaurants to try plus Im staying in mid-town Pricci was a long Uber ride and not worth the time we invested. I know they have 6 other restaurants under their umbrella, won't try any of the others.

Operator Error Ordered the wrong thing But They made it right

I loved it here. The pasta was cooked to perfection. Yen and Edgar made sure our experience was super special. The spaghetti #7 pomodoro with meatballs is a must try. Will definitely be coming back.

We only came to Pricci once, as part of the Buckhead Diners club promo where they give you $25 if you meet certain stipulations. I forget exactly what we ordered, watch tells me it didn’t stand out. My husband got the chicken parmigiana. The only photo I have of the night is the sorbet we ordered Parking: I live nearby so I’ve only ever walked.

Food was amazing, fresh seafood. Best calamari I’ve ever had. The stone crab is a must. Only thing we found interesting, was we seemed to have been passed around by the waiters to the bar tender. The first waiter asked for our drinks, then another came for the appetizers and finally the bartender. Maybe that’s the norm but didn’t seem like it. But I’m glad the bartender attended us, he was awesome. He addressed me by my last name, he took the time to look at the reservation and get my name. Such a personal touch, that goes along way. He was knowledgeable about the food and like I said food was outstanding. He made the experience all around perfect! I wish I would have got his name. Made sure to tip him very well, much deserved. Hopefully, we don’t get passed around next time lol. But again the stone crab is a must!!!!

It is quite unfortunate; I was excited to finally visit Pricci after seeing it often times on my way home. Today is my birthday and I looked forward to enjoying a good meal at this restaurant. My experience was quite an unpleasant one as I arrived to a building that was Smoky inside and a hostess who was NOT welcoming. I had a 7:45pm reservation but was told they are behind. I was ok with that but what became disturbing was that people without reservations were able to get tables before me and people who knew the chef were allowed to cut the line. In addition, people that came after me got a table before me. Customer who made the reservation had to wait 30 MINUTES at the entrance STANDING for a table? But people who walk in and hug the chef got to sit down immediately? THIS IS RIDICULOUS.

The epitome of excellence. From the hostess greeting, to the stellar service (thanks Copper) to the quality food preparation, this is one of our favorites in all of Atlanta. You will not be disappointed.
