Dommage le café au lait tiède, ni chaud ni froid,j aurai bien aimé mon cafe au lait très chaud, je l'ai bien dit en Anglais accompagné de gestes mais malgré ça rien a faire...,le reste très bien, sandwitch à l'œuf Veggie tres chaud Yaourt tres bon cookies aussi, croissant aussi. Dietary restrictions: Si on mange pas de porc et pour les Veggies.

The service here is horrible the manager is very rude and has a face me and my family got treated very bad at this location

I just visited this store and was called “Nasty” by an employee who is called David. David denied that he called me that with his manager. I recommend the manager to check the camera recordings. The recording won’t lie. I believe it’s reasonable to ask for napkins and reasonable to get respect. In the end of the conversation with the manager, David finally said “sorry” with unpleasant face and attitude. There are a lot details during this unpleasant experience here today. My upset is mainly on this employee’s attitude and behavior. I am very sorry for Pret A Manger.

Got a small soup and slim sandwich today 4/3/2023, I was charged 18 something when this deal is clearly stated all over the store as a "2 for $12." I don't support this type of robbery so no more Pret for me.

Sandwiches are too expansive for the quality and size. Can get better prices for equal or better quality at other places near by.

Came at 7:15, place had no food ready - empty shelves!! Asked for porridge and they were able to give me porridge but with no toppings, I asked why am I paying full price for an item that is not complete, they apologized, said there are not enough people on the kitchen and they are not ready.

Worst Pret location I’ve ever been to. Please Restock your honey packets its literally been over 6 months and the employees act clueless every time I ask. I only come here for proximity to office if I must grab something quick between meeting

Really rude and disrespectful staff members. The person at the counter was talking on the phone and I had ro repeat my order several times. I paid cash and held my hand out to receive the change and he threw it on the counter at which point all the coins fell onto the floor. We asked for a fork and when we didn't want a knife as well, the same staff member rolled his eyes and made a gruntled noise
