Standard Pret experience: select food and cold drinks from fridge, queue to order hot drinks, select a pastry and pay. Very efficient and well-tested. However, to eat in: tables left uncleared and dirty both upstairs and down. Too many people with empty coffee cups hogging tables to use free wi-fi or read their Sunday broadsheets showing no sign of moving when people who've just parted with not inconsiderable sums - including families with young children - obviously need to sit and eat. It was busy, but all in all not a good advert for Pret nor Liverpool. Use Pret as a takeaway but as there are lots of places for eating in around this area, would recommend eating-in somewhere else. Kid-friendliness: Facilities are available but for the love of God, just don't. Wheelchair accessibility: Ground floor seating available.
