Love the food from pretty. However the latest prices are a ripoff TBH. Vegetarian options: Halloumi falafel Hot Wrap, cheese toast, posh cheddar tomatoes baguette, etc

Customer service very good and girl seemed knowledgable about regular customers reguirements. On latest visit, I was made very welcome and customer service was exceptional to everyone. Thanks to Angela for friendly and exceptional service

£8.40 for what a chicken Caesar baguette and 330ml can of coke. Eight Pounds and Fourty pence. EIGHT POUNDS. FOURTY PENCE.

Ordered a iced matcha latte and was the most horrible drink ever no flavour at all to watery and bitter looked like someone took a green piss in my drink felt sick after drinking it awful drink never buying from here again with their cheap powder obviously staff don’t know how to make drinks properly

Love my porridge in the morning here and my coffee in the evenings. I'm a Pret subscriber, and the staff are exceptional, always helpful in the central station shop except the morning manager, who is an absolute ROCKET of a guy, just downright rude.

Wanted croissants to be heated n pret doesn't offer heating up croissants They offered to heat up Toasties n as I am allergic to egg couldn't consume any of them Executive was rude n blunt for the request

The friendliest and quickest pret employees I know. Store is friendly, does have limited seating but its all good considering its a walk in coffee shop.They really set the pret standards for the city of glasgow. I currently take a 3km walk just to get my coffee here cause the other prets cannot keep up. Drinks are prepared super quickly, always super hot and made with care. If you're in a rush it won't take you more than 2 mins to get a coffee and sandwich. Shoutout to Ronan who makes every visit worth it!
