P&P is top notch. If you're looking for a smooth, rich espresso pulled by a real barista and not a FiveBucks burnt shot covered with sweet syrup, you've come to the right place. Pick up some Greek treats while you're there.
Have been here several times in the past and usually have a great experience. Went today with my toddler for some quality time and felt ignored most of the time. Had to ask twice for a water refill. I ordered a coffee and hot chocolate, a (premade) warmed muffin, two sausage patties, and a cup of fruit to share with my kid. I was never offered a coffee menu or a kids menu, and I had to ask for silverware. Once our order was placed, I’m pretty sure our server forgot about it because it took 25 minutes before we got our drinks, 45 before the premade muffin, and an additional 15 before we got the sausage and fruit. In the meantime, I couldn’t even flag our server down while all this was going on. The sausage was lukewarm and the fruit brown. It’d be one thing if he was busy, but our server seemed way too busy chatting and standing behind the bar with the barista. Every time we received an item it was from someone that wasn’t our server. Asked for the check before we were finished since there was no urgency, but then he never came back to take payment. Finally had the manager’s attention to pick up payment and drop off my card. I don’t usually expect some sort of compensation or anything, but, having worked in restaurants in the past, I am surprised there wasn’t a comp or even a management apology offered. The lemon poppyseed muffin and coffee were the only reasons for a star because they were delicious! However, this experience has made me not sure I’ll be back.
