While the desserts here were delicious (namely the Hong Kong Style Pancake and the Mango Black Sticky Rice Snow White) the somewhat somber interior and vibe make me rethink coming back.
just come here and eat the Mango Roll, and you'll understand why I love this place so much. Parking: Behind the restaurant
The environment is very bad, there is a bad smell, the owner has a very bad attitude, she will yell at the customers.
I used to frequent this place more before the pandemic. Recently, I visited with some out-of-town friends after dinner to have dessert. I realized they must have changed ownership, as the place now uses simplified Chinese instead of traditional Chinese. They have also transitioned to offering the menu only through a QR code for online ordering. We ordered coconut jelly, mango pancake, almond tea mixed with black sesame, strawberry toast, and herbal jelly with taro ice-cream. Interestingly, they ran out of coconut jelly, but no one informed us until we received two of the orders and wondered why the strawberry toast and coconut jelly hadn't arrived. Upon inquiring, they explained that the strawberry toast was on its way, but they were out of coconut jelly. We questioned why they didn't inform us shortly after we placed the order. That's not good service. We would have been willing to replace it with something else, but after the wait, we didn't want to bother waiting any longer. This is not a place I will bring my friends to anymore. I would rather go to Sweethoney Dessert.
The food and desserts were just ok. I felt like they weren't as kind toward people who don't speak their language. The service was not that great. They just left take out bags at our table, almost like saying, "we don't want you here."
Price is ok but portion is small. Taste is good.
Great place to get cantonese desserts
