Showed up at 8:15pm on a Sunday and got turned away due to last call. Guess business is booming for them…..
Everything we tried was delicious! And the tasting flights are awesome. Our beer price was a few dollars different from the printed menu but we still had a great time, worth every penny
Best me and roommate visit for lunch and beers
BBQ was really good and the staff is very friendly! Good parking and gender neutral bathrooms. Editing five years later because I had such a great experience I wanted to write a review to find that I must've had the same experience then. I wish I lived closer! Our waiter was fantastic, super nice and accommodating to our children and to go orders. Pulled pork mac n cheese stayed hot on the long drive home and the beer stayed cold. Kid-friendliness: Highchairs available!
The foods amazing! There's limited amounts of BBQ each day and things sell out quick on busy days. Establishment has LGBQT2++ friendly signs at the door! The staff is more then friendly and has a strict no harrasment policy unlike some dive bars in the hood. Beer is craft beer , lots of different flavored sauces and special home made butter for the corn bread. Prices are expensive but it's more then worth it at times! Portion size is also fairly large!
I wanted to try Prairie Dog for my birthday and made a reservation in advance. We had a couple late joiners and when I asked if they could accommodate 3 more guests the manager Corine asked me if I wanted her to go out and buy 3 more chairs and made no attempt to work with me and see what could possibly be done. The experience would have ruined my birthday if another local brewery/bbq restaurant didn’t work hard to accommodate us on a busy Saturday night with no reservation.
