I ordered the combo for four people for dinner, even though there were only three of us. We didn't eat much during lunch, so the portion was perfect for us. We had only a few leftovers.

I’ve been to PPQ in 2019 and recently again in 2024, the quality of food and service was just as great the second time around. Probably the best Dungeness crab I’ve ever had!

The foods are ok. It’s hard to find any Vietnamese authentic dish in the foods here. I’m not sure how they claim it’s a Vietnamese restaurant even with some Vietnamese decorations. Staffs speak English and Chinese deliberately. If someone asks me whether I will come back to this restaurant, my answer would be a “definite NO”.
