The whole place needs restoration and CLEANED. Lackluster sliders slow af service because of the tiny flattop. The new owners were there or Salvatoris management and wow what attitudes and rude representation from them. No greeting customers acted bothered .. stick to your cheap bland American Italian with no lemon or flavor
I was so sad today.... I came to get my late father's favorite hamburgers and chili and was told they couldn't take any more orders. Today was the last day of original ownership this is a 5 star favorite of mine and sadly I can't rate it fairly bc I wasnt served. I even tried to get friends and family to bring me some across town after another friend said they started serving again. I'm so sad to see them go. I only pray the new owners can keep some of these local favorite recipes and flavors. Make power's hamburger fans and the original owners proud.... I know I'll be heading in to find out. RIP Dad. I tried but I unfortunately couldn't get them in your memory today.
Always a good time and a great experience
Powers has been a staple in this city for 80 years, I've been going there since I was five and I know people that have been eating there since the year it opened. Sadly there are rumors of breakfast being discontinued and possibly cheaper products being moved in according to the old employees... Let's hope the new owners have what it takes to keep the tradition alive and original.. Time will tell Parking: Get there while you can it fills up quick.
