The food is amazing! I went to the location in Montreal and was so pleased to see it here in Mississauga! It is truly so good and is easily my favourite restaurant.

It was my first time so I decided to try the mini bowl to see if I would like it. The mini bowl is definitely too small for a filling lunch it’s better suited for a kid or a quick snack. The regular sized bowl is a good deal with the amount of toppings they put in. The grilled chicken is good and you have 6 options for flavours. Bonus if you are vegetarian there is a vegetarian “grilled chicken option”. Really glad they brought this to square one as their arnt many healthy alternatives for lunches.

This was my first time trying Poulet Rouge and to be honest this place is much better many of the other restaurants at square one, this place offers a much healthier and tastier option then all the other places there. The pricing is also quite reasonable compared what is been given and at the great quality, the chicken was juicy and very clean tasting and the manager or the main person running the place the day I visited even gave me a free sample of the chicken to show how good it was, I got one taste and I loved it, bought a whole bowl with a extra piece. The flavours of chicken being made and served are so good and the carb options are various as well. The only down fall I kinda of have is that you have to pay more for certain bases like quinoa. If they just had one for the base it would be amazing. But overall amazing place and will def come again.
