Didn’t add toppings I wanted on 2/3 sandwiches and won’t remake it or refund it

Great food, employees seemed kinda bored and were a little bit a downer but were friendly and made good suggestions, comfy restaurant, highly suggest!

Best sandwiches in down! The customer service should have awards and training videos on how it's done for other places to learn from! Great job team!

Sandwiches are excellent. Staff is friendly and quick. The sugar and chocolate chip cookies are delicious. Check out their app as they have good deals where you earn points for free food and they're pretty generous with the points.

Amazing not only is this great food but the service is top notch! Jessica/asst store manager was excellent she went above and beyond to help me with a catering order. Same day order and everything was perfect. This was for a family event and she eased my panic. If you need superb sandwiches and you’re in a bind all I can say is call Jessia at Potbelly. Thank you again Jessica !!
