I went to this location on 18 December shortly after they opened. I was the only person in the serving line and stood there for 5 minutes. During this time the manager nor the server chose to acknowledge me or say they’d be right with me. Instead they both stood together and packed cookies while totally ignoring me. I will never visit this location again. I probably should’ve read their reviews before going. But I never imagine this type service. Word of advice to the manager and her staff, don’t take a job that requires providing customer service with the attitude you displayed.

The "8 minutes through the line max" sign is there just to taunt you. It will take more than 8 minutes because this location is understaffed at lunch time. They are too busy filling mobile orders to help the customers in the store. Got a big sandwich. Pretty sure a big sandwich just means more bread, not more meat and/or cheese. Disappointing sandwich.

worst tuna salad in the DMV. the guys making the sandwiches doesnt even bother to ask if you want your meal hot or cold, type of cheese. this place is disgusting. save your self the grief and just go to Paneras around the corner.

Ordered online & the only thing I requested to NOT be on my sandwich is cheese. I received no condiments, veggies or seasoning. The sandwich was also the wrong size. The absolute worst sandwich ever & no attempts to correct their mistake.

The service was great. Tyliyah was helpful and kind when I lost my AirPod case. I greatly her. Food was great too. They care about customers.

Hello , I am Sean Hardman. This is another place I Love In Downtown Silver Spring ,Maryland . This is Potbelly's Sandwich Shop . This Place is Near a lot of restaurants In the Downtown Silver Spring Square area . Not that far from McGinty's Public House and other places . The Only place where you can find parking when coming by car is at the Wayne Avenue Garage area . then You will have to walk some to get to this place in the square . Once you enter int this place It has a Huge Dining area compared to most other potbelly's I have seen . Then On the right hand side when coming In they have a huge counter area where they have a open concept Kitchen where all the magic happens to prepare your favorite subs that you all love. I Love the Ham and Cheese Subs The Pizza Subs and More . They v=even has a rack with Potato Chips of your choosing . at the far end of the counter near the open concept Kitchen they have refrigerators full of sodas and more for drinks or they have fountain drinks too In this place . But the sodas I Like most there are the IBC Root Beers I get there once In a while . The customer service is prompt and professional and I Love The family atmosphere there too . They have live Musical Entertainment every now and then But not certain which days to entertain people there . I Look forward to one day Having a Job there as a cashier since I signed an online application 2 weeks ago now . If they have me, I will Ride for The brand . I will be Dedicated , Loyal , Flexible , Determined , Reliable , Dependable , And Devoted to them . I Look forward to working there if they will have me . If You all love this place as I do, This place is for you all . Please come support this place and give it the business it deserves . We all Look forward to seeing you all there really soon .

My 1st time in this location. My girlfriend suggested it and suggested the roast beef sandwich. I had it was amazing sandwich. Was huge and I had to save half for the next day. Can't wait to try other sandwich. Also manager VICTOR was very helpful and very nice. Definitely coming back.

This location is an embarrassment and GHETTO. Everytime it’s an unorganized mess!
