Just stood here for 10 minutes without being acknowledged. 3 people working and I was the only person in the store. The only person actually working was the girl with red hair. At one point she asked her co-worker “Kylie” for help dressing sandwiches and she told her no and continued to do nothing. I felt bad for her. Don’t waste your time here.

This used to be my favorite place for subs...I just got a chicken salad sub, with tons of brown wilted lettuce on it which turned me off, I threw most of it away. I don't mind the price hikes but come on with some quality food for the high cost.

Terrible management. Food and atmosphere are cool. They treat their employees like trash so I would expect it to show in the service and food.

Perfection.

The eggnog shake is delicious too bad it doesn't come in a larger size. My husband said the chicken pot pie soup was good as well.

Extremely slow and the employees need in depth customer service classes. Won’t eat here.

Another "first time in". I truly appreciate the listing of calories along with the ingredients for the various items. Makes keeping track of the intake so much easier. Had a skinny (small) chicken Mediterranean toasted on multigrain bread. The bread has some actual flavor of its own - unlike Subway - and went well with the tasty bits ensconced within. The young women working were in a good mood and very friendly. Order placed quickly and delivered the same. The music, once it got turned on, was a bit loud. Probably due to the people working in a noisier spot. I like a good sandwich place and, at first taste, this seems like one I'll return to even if it is a chain. Dietary restrictions: Calories and ingredients are listed Parking: It's a strip mall, there's plenty Kid-friendliness: Plenty if choices for the wee ones. Wheelchair accessibility: Lots of room, floor is concrete, doors are wide.
