Good healthy food.. Good service...!!

Dear potbelly’s. I’ve been here many times and none of those times has been quite as nice as this visit. Absolutely wonderful staff, kind, funny, and acted like people as apposed to stereotypical fast food workers. Please give all employees a raise who were there March 7 1:30 Pm 2024

I always liked potbelly food and this location didn't disappoint, got the A wreck sandwich and it was made really well just a little oil more than normal. Good people running this and they give you a good amount of hot peppers as well.

Went to get a Broccoli cheddar soup and it was so watered down, I know the soup probably comes in a bag, and it's reheated. just trying to figure out why it's so watered-down won't be coming back here!

Horrible service

The guy making the sandwiches was insanely rude and impatient and then the guy putting on the condiments seemed straight up miserable and made the sandwich wrong. There are a lot of other great places to eat in Oak Park - I’ll go to one of them next time. I’d already had a hard day and this experience made it just a bit worse.

Quality of service has gone downhill at this location. Keep getting my order wrong. Please hire people who can remember an order.

I got a complete wrong order today. I order a turkey sandwich, I received a ham sandwich. I got a chicken salad. I received a salad without chicken. I mean do you even look at the orders. This is ridiculous!!!

This location never fails to screw up our order. Ordered the AVO turkey, which arrived with 3 cucumber slices and NO avocado. What a sad looking sandwich.
