Honestly one of the worst made sandwiches I’ve had at potbelly’s.

Omg this place sucks! The service was bad. Ppl don't pay attention to your order.. I asked for Avco turkey sandwich n ni Avco in the sandwich n the tables were dirty n the bathroom too.. I'm not coming back.. I'll go somewhere else.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Potbelly! The fresh ingredients and crunchy hot peppers added a delightful kick to my meal. My only minor disappointment was the absence of an option to add vinegar to my sandwich. Occasionally, the lines can be a bit long, but the taste of the A WRECK sandwich made it all worthwhile. Five stars for the delicious food and friendly staff!

They are clearly understaffed, very stressful environment, everyone is fighting around the counter, and because of that, it all feels very aggressive. I was asked three times. What was my order, no one remembers anything, not a pleasant experience

Horribly slow service & they put that it’s ready for pick up on the shelf when it isn’t. They really don’t care here and you’ll waste a half hour waiting for your sandwich that was ordered an hour ago.

I like the food and it always comes out fresh and fast
