Worst experience I ever had at a Potbelly, very slow service some people walked out, very sloppy sandwiches, slow register person all around poor experience too bad.

I went here 2 months ago, nice juice sloppy big sandwiches. I also bought their jar of giardiniera it's the spiciest I've bought and I love that, therefore my fav giardiniera.

I’m not usually the type of person to leave negative reviews, especially on some random sandwich shops page, HOWEVER :) I have the time today. I just went to potbelly’s with my family and I have a couple things to note, 1. The service was questionable. Someone that was sweeping the floor greeted us at the door and that was nice; but the rest of the staff making sandwiches seemed to be bothered and overwhelmed with our basic orders and they weren’t very friendly. A little bit pushy as well. The dude putting the toppings on the sandwiches seemed nice I will say that. 2. there was hair in my sandwich. :) like. A lot. the second I opened the packaging on the sandwich I saw that they had literally cut through a hair when cutting the sandwich in half and there was hair sticking out of both sides of the sandwich. I opened the sandwich up to see- what do you know? MORE HAIR :). Now I’m not a Karen so I wasn’t going to say anything but my dad insisted on getting a refund because he said that it looked intentionally placed and he was blown away by it lol. I will include a photo. When we told the girl working about it she originally looked past us and tried to ignore my dad and finally she addressed us by saying “what”. when we told her she quickly wrapped up the sandwich, before anyone else saw and didn’t say sorry just asked what we wanted her to do about it. We asked for the manager to get us a refund. The manager came out and the girl working tried to insinuate that we might be LYING about the hairs to the manager. :) w.t.f girl. Honestly the manager didn’t apologize either which is what ultimately made me decide to leave this negative review. They gave us a refund but they didn’t deny that their worker may have intentionally placed hair in there ( my dad told their manager that he suspected it was intentional, you guessed it. No reaction from her, led me to believe it’s not the first time.) and they did not apologize for our experience. So all and all, keep walkin if you’re in downtown Naperville! Lots of other better places to go.

Came here for the first time in forever! Brings back lots of nostalgic memories. The staff was super nice and conversed with me which I really liked. The sandwiches were made very well and the the new cold brew milkshake is delicious! They are hoping to bring back Open Mic nights, I can't wait! Definitely one of the better popular locations that I've been to

Parking is challenging. Staff was very nice and friendly.

This location is never open and seems to not care to let people know whether they are open or not.

I'm always super patient when it comes to staff who work in the food service industry because I work in the food service industry and I know it can be difficult sometimes. That being said, the treatment that my husband and I received at this location today was extremely upsetting. First of all, the restaurant had no other customers other than us and we waited a long time to get any service. We politely ordered two sandwiches and the staff seemed very angry that we were even there. They had ridiculous attitudes the entire time: no greeting, no thank you, one of them just chucked our sandwiches at us and mumbled "here". Again, I know people have bad days but we did nothing at all to be rude to them, the two girls working there are just extremely rude. 0/10 experience. Avoid this place if you don't want your day ruined. I will not be coming back here. Absolutely ridiculous. Do better!

Now you have to be presented with a tip choice before paying by credit card. It's out of hand. What... Are we going to start tipping doctors next? That'll be the last time I go there.
