Potbelly

I ate at Potbelly today at 5 p.m., and the small staff had their hands full as the guests were entering rapidly. I must say the young lady in a red shirt with long braids handled the busy rush of customers with exquisite care. Her service was top notch as a former professional food service employee, I would be a proud employer with confidence that she can lead verbally and by example. Phenomenal job! I was extremely thankful for her especially since Potbelly was not my first choice. If she’s not compensated competitively, I will return shortly to ensure she has a better opportunity.

Food is good but don’t buy the cookies they were rock hard

If you plan on having a hot sandwich this is not the place if you place in order on the app it will not get delivered I have sat back for 2 hours and no one called to tell me that my food was not going to be delivered.

After paying $25 for two sandwiches, as meal deals, I was informed that customers could not use the bathrooms because they were closed to all the public. I was offended that the employees would recommend other hotels and restaurants to use the restroom, and I am confident that a simple email to those establishments would stop Potbelly from sending customers to those locations. The fact that one could spend almost $30 dollars in Potbelly and not be allowed to wash their hands in the bathrooms is absolutely ridiculous. I will no longer consider Potbelly as a dining option, and I will do my best to encourage my colleagues and friends to go somewhere else as well.

Restaurant is dirty. Dusty, the floor was sticky. No lids for soup, no spoons, no regular cups. Staff was friendly but seems stressed and confused and we were the only customers. Heard good things but our experience was disappointing. We'll pass moving forward.

Kamala was amazing with helping us with the app issues and making our food just they we wanted. Will definitely be going back to this location.

Used to work for potbelly’s so we stopped to get food because we love it while we were driving through Indianapolis. Didn’t get hot sandwiches. Entirely cold. Nothing was said to us by staff or management no signs posted. I didn’t realize we had to ask for that. Super disappointing because the staff was so nice.

Has become our family’s Christmas downtown tradition after the candy at rocket fizz. My sons love the Mac and cheese. The Italian has some kick with seasoning, hot peppers and onions. The chili was bland though and will probably skip next time

Great food and atmosphere! Recommend the Italian on flat bread!
