Man first time trying it today boy ain’t no way boy the food was magnificent,Immaculate it’s like every bite was sensational make me wan slap my momma how good the sub was

We stopped in here for a quick dinner before catching a performance at the Ohio Theater. We ordered veggie subs which were a yummy goodness. The staff was so welcoming, friendly and quick with our order. Would definitely recommend to others!!

Probably the best Potbelly I've been to location-wise. Right around Capitol Square, this location is quite convenient. Food was good as usual Potbelly shops. Got my usual, the wreak with hot peppers, and it was delicious. Great service, and clean dining areas. For restrooms, it's for customers only, so they'll give you a key if you need to use it.

11/3/2023 @ 1:50 p.m. Finally the best downtown within my budget. The Service and Atmosphere excellent! The food Awesome. The food didn't have a nasty weird taste to it like most other places downtown. The wreck sub awesome. The apple pecan salad awesome. The oreo shake made from ice-cream awesome. Price perfect. Now, here on out I WILL LEAVE A TIP! Great Job Potbelly

Stopped by at 4:30 pm. I was the only customer in the store. The staff wasn't interested in taking my order. Waited around a few minutes and walked out. Horrible customer service. I eat at this location all the time. I won't be going back.

Was not the best experience. The customer service made it feel like we were not welcome.

Manager was very rude and yelled at us to get out of line because we were not ordering but our friend was. There was one other person in line ahead of us. Terrible customer service. The two other employees were nice and attentive and even remade the sandwich because the manager forgot ingredients. As a general manager of a store, that is highly disappointing and I would never allow someone like that to work for me.
