Service is exceptional! The gals behind the counter really know what they are doing. The food is fun and seasonal (blueberry maple breakfast sandwich... whaaat?). I highly recommend the frozen pink lemonade. Prices are reasonable - a shocker for a downtown food establishment. I would come back here again and again!
I just had my very first Potbelly Sandwich and I live in Los Angeles. We don’t have Potbelly out there. I had a chicken mediterranean sandwich and a cup of broccoli cheddar and thought the food was tasty! Service was friendly and fast. No complaints from me! There are a few high top seats.
Showed up past my mobile order est. pick up time still waited an hr only to have to end up canceling my order because I could no longer wait.
This location is terrible. It's the size of a closet, there's no seating, there's no fountain drinks, and they are SLOW - mainly because they seem to always be doing large catering orders. I will never go back to this one.
Fantastic sandwiches, reasonably priced. One of the card readers/registers didn't work, which was annoying, and they need to fix that, but other than that the roast beef and provolone sub tasted fantastic.
This potbelly is the worst. they are slow and then you don't even get what you order.
Forgot my wallet at home today and needed lunch. The manager allowed me to have a sandwich as long as I come back to pay tomorrow since I frequently stop in for a sandwich. Needless to say, her kindness did not go unnoticed. Five stars all around!!
Ordered one bowl of soup online for pickup around noon. The website claimed it would be ready by 12:15. We got our order at 12:48. We weren't the only people waiting for a long time, and this isn't the first time we've had to wait longer than the estimate. There's two issues here, from what I can tell. One: the online order system does not give real estimates. Two: the staff do not have the tools or ability to handle the lunch rush and online orders. One guy seemed to be trying to stay on top of the orders and people waiting. I feel for the staff because I've worked in restaurants and in awful retail stores. It's tough and unappreciated. The staff and the customers shouldn't have to deal with these situations. The company needs to step up their support at this store, for both the customers and staff.
Got food poisoning 12/9/21. Bought sandwiches for my family. My son and husband had diarrhea. I was worse. Had to take off work. Never buying from restaurant ever again. No stars to give but wouldn’t post without one.
