Customers beware. Employees wear gloves yet they touch everything from the bathroom door to the cashier screen then touch your food without changing their gloves. When you ask them to change there gloves they give attitude. Keep up the great work. Dummy.
We have been going to this potbelly for over 2 years and loved it. The last few visits have been very disappointing. They have messed up our online orders multiple times by forgetting ingredients or making the wrong sandwich, the ice maker never works, and the staff is so rude.
The workers are rude, I can't understand them because they mumble. The fountain didn't work and they didn't offer any solution. There were two of us, we asked for tap water and they only gave us 1 cup.
I’ve been to many potbelly’s- this was, by far, the dirtiest. The ice maker didn’t work and when I asked if there was ice it was as if I was asking a stranger for a $100 bill- so, not friendly staff either. This store is an outlier of potbelly’s service/cleanliness. If there were zero stars available I’d give that.

Customer service sucked. I was overcharge for my sandwich. When I told the cashier that I amount seems high she said it was right. I had to get the receipt show it to cashier and then she refunded the money per receipt. I will have to check on my charge. Store sucks.
