Potbelly

It took over 15 minutes for me to get my sandwich and there were not that many customers in the store. Additionally my sandwich was made incorrectly after waiting 5 minutes for the toppings to get put on. Worst potbelly in the city.

This is literally the worst Potbelly in Chicago. The restaurant is usually unclean, messy. The employees are unprofessional, often rude. The manager can not uphold an entire otherwise team. I always have an issue with my order -- rarely do I visit here leaving satisfied. They're serving cups of soup in bowls. Cheating customers.

Super pathetic. They have a job fair today and it's super unorganized. They tell the applicants without even interviewing them. If you don't have 6 months experience don't even enter. Since when did fast food restaurants stop training first time applicants? They are a waste of time.

The workers come off very rude they talking on the phone with AirPods in their eat while taking your order. You have to repeat yourself over and because they don’t pay attention to you. The attitudes they give you is ridiculous like your bothering them is crazy and your paying your your money in the place. I mean if you don’t like where you work or don’t want to work the holidays stay home. I thought if was just me but it happen right in front of my eyes to another person. I would not recommend coming here at least not at night I was there around 6:25 pm 12/24.

By far the worst location I’ve been to. The wait was extremely exhausting about 25-30 minutes. The worst customer service and under staffed. Was told I couldn’t place an order for a shake because it’s only “two of them “ there. Not friendly at all I went for dinner on 11/18/23 ! I won’t return to this location and the food wasn’t good to top it off highly disappointed!

The food and service was great. The chicken pot pie soup is always delicious. Stop by and try it out.

I don’t know the black guys name that was working tonight and making the sandwiches but he alwaysss gets the toppings wrong AND barely put toppings on there! Even when I repeat myself 3 times! Whenever he’s not working my order comes out perfect.

Worst food poisoning of my life.

I waited less than three minutes for my pick up order. The grilled chicken sandwich was delicious. Dietary restrictions: When people order on Grubhub, they have an option to customize sandwiches and omit ingredients, such as cheese or mayo.
