Potbelly

This potbelly has a terrible habit of screwing up every order you send their way. One time I complained about forgotten double meat after opening a sandwich and got an employee that argued with me saying it had the meat. They finally ended up making a new sandwich without looking at the old one once another employee stepped in and low and behold, the new sandwich miraculously had double the meat. I stopped going to this location in favor of 190 N State. Haven't had issues at the 190 State location.

Great place to stop by grab a half and half. Staff is friendly and if asked for recommendations, they tend to pick a good sandwich.

Good, but prices are outrageous and it seems to have less meat in the sandwich than in the past.

I ordered sandwich today and asked for everything in it even confirmed each item one by one. When I got home and open it, it had nothing but tomato, hot papers and tuna with cheeses. She missed salad, pickles, dressing, and ect. I even asked for double pickles. Extremely unhappy.

I went there at 2:20pm and they said they were out of bread. Later my coworker went and they said they were out of meat. Clearly the staff just didn’t feel like working today.

Food is always great here but when it's busy during lunch it's kaos. Keep it simple or keep it moving. Lolbs

Betty is a gem, I loved the energy she brought as soon as my friend and I walked in! We were laughing and chatting while she made our sandwiches. Aside from being an absolute joy, the sandwiches were great. Love this potbelly location!!! :-)
