It was relatively free when we dropped in, many free tables to dine in. We had veggie skinny sandwich and broccoli cheddar soup. Service was excellent. Potbelly has their food taste spot on at downtown or suburbs locations which I appreciate. My favorite is Broccoli cheddar soup, it’s like a warm hug in a bowl on a chilly day. Sandwich was delicious as well.

I ordered my food ahead to pick up at 12:30 PM. This was placed at 12:06. When I arrived a little after my pick-up time I saw that the monitor showed that my food was on the shelf. It was not so I notified the staff and was assured that it was still being worked on. Fifteen minutes later I asked what is going on and it turns out they had not yet made it or someone else took it. I was here during my work lunch and ended up leaving at 12:55 with no sandwich. I understand it was busy but if the customer is letting you know there is an issue they should not brush you off. I also do not care for the generic response this store gives every bad review. Just letting you all know how my experience was.

I got the steakhouse sandwich and Oreo shake and definitely liked how everything went well together. I added the deli mustard to the sandwich but it was super overpowering and couldn’t really taste anything other than the mustard. Don’t recommend the mustard. The Oreo shake was incredible, super smooth and creamy. Definitely worth the buy.

Asked for extra hot peppers, didn't get them. It's called a veggie melt and was barely melted. Wilted lettuce. The mushrooms were raw, and they've never been raw at any other locatio. I've eaten at. Is this normal? Dirty tables, overfilled garbage. Ate it because I don't want to waste food. Meh. Not coming back.
