There was a Rude Hispanic tall blond it girl in the register - I ordered online to get my order picked up .. as I walked in I asked my for order the latina blonde girl gave it to me so rudely I asked for my shakes she’s like they are in the bag , and turned her back on me, as I walked out to my car to review my order I saw it was wrong . Which the sticker place in the sub says exactly how it should be . So I proceeded back into the restaurant , skinny tall Latina blonde took it gave it to the other short Latina both giggle and started to re do it. I asked her nicely please make sure it has extra meat I paid for extra. Her response was like yeah I know. Handed it back to me with attitude.

I ordered lunch today through the Potbelly app. The first thing I noticed from my order was the Mac & cheese. It looked off in color. It was old and dry, I didn’t even eat it. My cookie I ordered was stale and my sandwich barely had chicken. I ended up throwing out my food which was disappointing since I don’t like wasting food.

Friendly staff, quick service, bland food. All the flavor comes from the condiments. There are better sub sandwich options in Chicago.

Shout out to the good, hardworking people at this location. My order got canceled because the door dash driver didn't want to take it. I called the shop and they were able to offer my money back or to remake my food and put in a refund for my delivery fee and tip for me. I'll be looking forward to just coming to the shop instead. Thank You guys and keep up the good work!!

The soup is excorbitantly overpriced, you have to watch the girl at the register, after I checked my receipt she charged for a cookie I never ordered. Screw tipping this bunch.
