Service is horrible i placed an order via doordash. Potbelly cancelled my order no one cared to notify, other than 1 hour and a half later I received a cancelled order. When i called the mod was rude and said she didnt want to make the order twice. Im still waiting for credit what a waste of work day!

Do not go here. Unsafe, crowded, and terrible staff. Homeless just come in and take foodstuffs and run out.

Food was good, and the 2 guys making my sandwich/taking my order were very helpful. The woman at the paying counter was pretty nice too until I paid. I think she saw I didn’t tip, she turned on her heel, ignored me, went into the back room and I had to grab my receipt myself lol. I usually just tip for deliveries and etc, but wasn’t aware not tipping for going inside somewhere and picking up food myself meant I was rude. I was kind of surprised she did this, felt out of nowhere

Visiting from out of state yet an avid customer for years. We ordered a couple of Pick A Pair entrees both with loaded baked potato soup. The key word being “loaded”. We received 2 cups of basically broth and potatoes. When I contacted the store I was advised that is the way it’s sent to them. Being that I was a huge fan of this particular soup and the chain had removed it from the menu for a while. I was ecstatic to see it was replaced back on. As to the Manager she said she knows some bacon has to be in it because she is allergic and can smell it. I as politely as possible assured her what received had none. Maybe it could be the bacon used on sandwiches she could be reacting to if sensitive to the scent. I mean we’re not talking about a large kitchen nor ordering prep area. Resolution - none offered, like sorry can we possibly offer you something different in exchange. Guess that wouldn’t be a good customer service gesture considering we paid for soups we’d hope to enjoy.

Ordering on the website didn't work. Went through all that trouble and websites just glitching. I could have walked there and had my food by now.

Ich war nach einem Jahr mal wieder dort ein Sandwich essen. Beef. Roastbeef. Mehr Fett und Sehne als Fleisch. Brötchen warm aber der Salat eiskalt. Der Kaffe dünn und kalt. Sauberkeit kann man auf den Fotos deutlich erkennen. Gehe hier sicher nicht mehr hin.
