There did a great job

This potbelly has the laziest and most rude employees ever. Was going to stop in at 6:40 to get dinner and was halted at the front door by an employee saying they’re closed when they don’t close til 7pm. Simply lazy, unprofessional, and out right rude. Also to have the audacity to lie about their hours right by the sign is just crazy.

OMG what happened here. Three staff members were working. Doing their jobs but no one was helping each other out as team members when someone got in the weeds. The two female members were on their phones, on opposite ends of the line. One girl got angered because of the lack of help that she walked out. About fifteen minutes later the male subject stormed out slamming the main door open. While the first female that left Sat not ten feet from me a paying customer, trashing the girl who they left behind, and the customers... of which I was one in the assumed time period. The floor show was horrible. I hope it's better next week. Maybe a musical number. And to expect a tip, for what service? Bring back the Cuban.
