We ordered Margherita pizza, delicious!! I recommend Sgroppino cocktail. Excellent service and ambience.
A colleague recommended this restaurant, and it lived up to my expectations. The Bruschetta was magnificent, wish the bread was a tad crispier though. But the blend of flavors was delightful. The Garlic Pane was very tasty, but it did not really resemble garlic bread. It tasted more like cheese sticks with a spicy marinara sauce, but it was good, however. Carbonara was breathtaking. Best one I have had until the moment. The egg yolk on top really adds to the texture, 10/10. The Rigatoni could be better; In my opinion, the flavor was kind of bland. The restaurant itself is pretty, elegant yet casual vibe. It seemed to be a little chilly in there, though. The service was excellent. Overall, decent Italian spot in Somerville. Worth the visit.
I came here because it was voted one of the best pizzas. I have to say it did not meet the expectations unfortunately. The pizza was borderline burnt but very chewy at the same time, and the sauce was just ok. Loved the beef ribs gnocchi tho! I just came with high expectations and it unfortunately did not meet my expectations.
Simply some of the best pizza I’ve had in my entire life. What more can I say?
Been going here for years since I grew up in Somerville, pretty much have been going ever since y’all opened, and it hits every time. Excellent food, ambience, kitchen team, and nice servers/hosts. Never sat at the bar but I bet it’s great too. I’ve recommended this place to friends new to Somerville and I don’t make food recs lightly!
