Posh Cakes

I love this place. Bought my father-in laws 90th cupcakes and they were fabulous. The eloquent design of the cakes are beautiful! We have purchased cupcakes for other events. The taste, texture and design was wonderful. Highly recommend!

I’ve had plenty of cupcakes in my life but I have never had the quality that I have had from this place. These are the real deal, moist, dense, perfect amount of cream in and out. Def our new spot for cupcakes, can’t wait to try the pot pies!

Posh is the best! They did my wedding cake and it came out absolutely amazing and so so good. Now 1 year later my husband and myself got a remake of our cake, just very much smaller, and it was exactly the same. They made our anniversary even more memorable. I plan on doing it again next year. We come here now for all occasions and even little treats now and again. Thank you Posh for making memories for me and my family

Poor customer service, dishonest staff and archaic booking process. When my fiancé drove from Falcon to Parker (1 hour drive) to pick up the cakes to taste, the staff member behind the counter seemed confused why he was even in. She sounded like the same woman who answers the phone only to be unhelpful. We never felt like valued customers, but as if we were bothering them. Posh Cakes wasted 2 months of my time and the money paid to taste the cakes (That is the furthest we got in the process) Trying to get in their books and pay a deposit, which I should mention is only taken through phone, was like pulling teeth. They kept telling me to call and speak with the owner so she could take my deposit. However, they don’t provide a time to do so, so this never happened. I emailed the owner who finally confirmed a time. I followed through and called on a Friday at 2:30 pm only to be told that the owner was not in. I emailed the owner and she informed me that staff thought I was a solicitor and that she was indeed in. Why are staff not trained to take deposits, or ask the right questions? I don’t know a solicitor that knows an owner’s name and willing to pay a deposit. Seeing that Posh Cakes has been in business for a decade +, this seems to be common feedback (Poor customer service, difficult process, etc.) why is feedback not taken seriously and why are solutions not implemented? Like other vendors, the process should be easy and streamlined. Please get with the times and provide customers a portal for payment, invoices, contracts and such. Unfortunately, being short staffed is no longer an excuse anyone wants to hear. Likely, Posh Cakes is busy because they are not working smart. There is a review I saw that broke my heart that Posh Cakes ruined a gender reveal because they simply did not take the gender sticker off and the mother to be saw it. While my situation was not that drastic, they also ruined a moment for my fiancé and I that I felt should have been exciting. The silver lining is that I continued my search for a wedding cake and found an amazing bakery who diligently helped me get booked WITHIN 48 HOURS. The process was painless. This speaks volumes about Posh Cakes. Folks, please read negative reviews, I would hate for this to happen to anyone else.
