First time at Portillos!! The Beef Hot Dog is amazing Tony took my order and he is a great example of customer service!! Their chocolate cake is a must have.

Food came out hot and ready and tasted amazing! Cashier was super sweet, friendly, and patient even when it took a moment for me and my boyfriend to figure out what we were ordering. Other staff that were cleaning up swung by to make sure our food was good and were friendly when we came in. Amazing atmosphere, love the music and decor of the place. Will be returning whenever I come into town Kid-friendliness: All staff dressed appropriately, no inappropriate songs, and generally just a friendly place. Wheelchair accessibility: Very wide doors and a large wheelchair accessible bathroom stall. Tables that are more out of the way so that chairs can be taken from them. Very well put together.

Fast food. Wide choice of burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches and salads. The staff is very friendly and very fast. Cozy environment. Large free outdoor parking.

Great restaurant. This location is warm and friendly. There is plenty of space for your group. Try the beef and sausage combo sandwich.

I have been through the drive thru at this location 4 or 5 times in the last 2 months. I order the same thing every time: Greek salad; no olives; extra dressing; extra bread. Even when I reiterate my order at pick up, and it is confirmed, they have yet to get the order right. The food is great but I have yet to enjoy it the way I ordered it. Perhaps another location can process an order as specified.
