Perfect comfort food-- it's fun and tasty! But beware in the small chance something goes wrong, the managers might be inconsistent in how they handle a situation, leaving the customer to lose. Bottom line: the food is great, but extra check your order and address any issues immediately before following conflicting manager advice.

The food was okay. But for the price and service you're better off at a fast food place

High dollar hotdogs quality of food was lacking freshness and flavors chicken tender over cooked

My partner ordered two chocolate shakes for us and they both straight up taste like vanilla. I tried stirring it a bit, and the tiniest hint of chocolate flavoring came out, but this is really just a vanilla shake y'all. It's even labeled as so on the lid.

What can I say, I am from the Chicagoland area. Portillo's is in my DNA.

The place is very nice!! The service was great!!
