Port Chester Coach Diner

All I can say is for you to order the special Lomo Saltado. It's stir fried steak strips with onions, tomatoes, peppers atop a bed of French fries covered in gravy and served with smoked white rice. It comes with your choice of soup or salad, and a dessert. Not expensive either. About $25. I've done here several times before. The good is great. They can do better with being a bit more attentive in terms of the wait staff. But still, good service overall. The restaurant is neat and clean and the food and desserts are always fresh. Also a great place to bring the whole family. (Including the In-laws.) Bring the kids too. The staff are very accommodating and eager to please. They just get a little flustered when it gets crowded here, but just be patient with them. Or just grab the attention of any staffer that passes by you and they will be happy to help you. Yes, the restrooms are pretty well maintained.

Just bad. Sorry. (Continue to read for details). The food sucked. I can't recommend this place anymore. Long Port Chester Resident and Diner fan. As far back as high school, late night drinking and parties with friends and family, Mother's Day and Birthday Parties. If we were spontaneous, The diner was always an option. However, this past week, that all changed. The food felt undercooked, over seasoned, reduced portion. Even the OJ seemed spoiled. If we thought port chester was changing, seeing this icon place take a dive only added to the sadness of losing my grandfather this week.

This diner has provided the worst service I’ve ever received in my life! The waitress was terrible and had the worst attitude along with the older lady that sat us. We would ask for something and she would walk away mid sentence. Before coming I saw they had a 2.5 rating and now I completely understand why. Horrible service!

I love this place, all the waiters are very attentive. And the food is great snd reasonably priced.

Walked in the hostess and three waiters stand talking mad eye contact and was not acknowledge. Was waiting for a while after being sat down and no waters after 10 minutes my party and I left.
