I truly believe that this is the best place to try bubble tea in Ottawa. Not only do they offer a delicious and wide variety of drinks to choose from, but the service is impeccable and their prices are extremely affordable.

Asked for a regular pearl milk tea. Got handed a cup of milk with tapioca and some caramel smeared on the side. When asked for the itemized and CC receipt print out the employee told me they don’t give out the CC approval copy…even though it says “customer copy” right on it. First and last time coming here. Waste of $9.

It would be amazing if you can extend hours to 11 pm or 12 am especially during Ramadan time!

Very friendly staff members

Very baaad service. I placed an order at 10 am for my students and we were all waiting. By the time we were supposed to get the order, I got a notification saying that my order was cancelled. At by that time, it was the end of school day so I could not get them anything from anywhere else. Next time, at least let me know earlier so I can get these kids something else. Plus, if you cannot handle 10 items in an order I guess you need to shut down your business.
