Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I was the last person in a long line and the girl just decided she was done taking orders. I realized they were short staffed and very busy. But so rude. Every time you go, they are rude. Very rude, but the only location around. They are giving Popeyes a bad reputation as i stop at one any time i can, but this location and staff is and continues to be HORRIBLE! One person in the whole restaurant TRIED to be nice. And yes, I waited and was patient and still rude behavior and no one leading the crew. The owner of this location does not deserve to own a franchise. He is ruining the company name.

Visité este popeyes personalmente, Empezaré por la poca higiene adentro y afuera, el piso está completamente asqueroso y ni hablar de las mesas, la máquina de sodas está inservible desde hace bastante tiempo creo que hace un año. Tienen poco personal para trabajar en las áreas de entregas, ventanilla, tomar órdenes y la cocina. Además los empleados no tienen nada o muy poco conocimiento sobre higiene,no usan redecillas para el cabello y tampoco usan cubrebocas ni guantes, tampoco tienen un orden pará los pedidos, en resumen es un desastre total No pienso volver a éste restaurante.

Fries are never hot nor cooked to order. Service was OK. Is fast food. What more can you expect??

Ordered the $5.99 shrimp tackle box and was charged full price. Mind you i was told to pull up and had to wait 15 minutes for 1 item, when i spoke with manager there reasoning was the $5.99 deal only comes with 4 pieces of shrimp. The picture of the item shows about 8 pieces of shrimp. Didnt get any sauce either.
