Cashier processed orders & informed customers that they were out of hot sauce packets & that they were waiting on the delivery truck. Cashier didn't greet or say thank you to customers.

I placed my Order for : 12 piece gost pepper wing. Macaroni and cheese. Red beans and rice. Large sprite Cons: The order of macaroni and cheese cold have been more Red beans and rice cold also been more. I will attach pictures

I felt like the environment wasn’t friendly. One of the employees had an attitude. I ordered the honey bbq wings. It wasn’t enough bbq sauce on my wings. I had to shake it myself to get enough of the sauce on the wings

Change the grease the chicken is nasty The cold slaw is NASTY

My order is always wrong.. employees & management are rude, dining area is dirty, homeless people sleeping inside & outside entrance. I hate this Popeyes!

Every time I order from this place the macaroni seems have been sitting for Days. It’s always packed and crowded and they always forget what I order.

every time I order the blackened ranch with my food the lady never gives it to me every single time it’s ridiculous. I’ve been going there for about 3+ years and every single time I asked for a sauce or ranch. They never have it. Also, the drinks are never cold. They never put ice in the drinks.
