Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I’ve visited this place a different times of day and there is always a 30+ minutes wait for the drive through .

Worst experience of my life I have never been so disrespected in my life the manager has absolutely no business being in her position.. they took my name down wrong and she started to yell at me because I told her she was being rude then told me I was yelling at her while I was on the phone just waiting for my food to come out .. she told me The person who took my order wasn’t there when he was standing right next to her and he then told her he took my name down wrong.. the only thing I told her was that’s not my name .. once she started to yell at me like I was some child that’s when I told her to give me my money bak.. I don’t eat fast food often and after this I won’t again… as much as fast food is now you would think ppl would have the proper training to know how to communicate properly!! Popeyes need to do a better job on who they hire to run there Stores ..

This is a hole in the wall size Popeyes with very little seating. But it was well staffed and the kitchen was hopping. My order was taken quickly and my food came out before I had a chance to take out phone and start scrolling through YouTube. I ordered the blackened spicy chicken sandwich and it was just perfect. The chicken was plump and juicy like a Baywatch model and had just the right amount of sauce. And I can get it on a Sunday.

I hadn't had Popeyes in years so was so excited they open on in Vista on my way home. First of all I was in the drive-thru for 15min before anyone even said hello. I couldn't Back out and leave since there where cars behind me. My order was simple when someone finally took it. 1 10 piece meal and 1 order of 4 strawberry biscuits. When i was handed the food I asked if they were sure everything in there young man said yes. I drove from Vista to Fallbrook got home to realized the strawberry biscuits weren't in my order and i was charged for them. It's so annoying when a restaurant can't get a simple order right. This location open a few months ago and already has really bad reviews. Do better management! Food is not cheap so when something we pay for is missing it's not a good time

Pretty bad service since it's such a small area don't waste your time, each time is 45 min

For the benefit of the employees the place is Freezing cold. Excellent food... overpriced and terrible dining experience

I go to Popeyes all the time. This is the slowest one I’ve ever been to. Employees just walking around slowly in no rush to deliver prompt service.
