Never had any issue here, Alan on the Night Shift has great attention to detail and customer service

Very disappointed 1. If you wanted a drink all they had was sweet tea ( that was not sweet) or lemon aid. 2. I wanted a chicken sandwich meal with red beans and rice. So they gave me fries. 3. Order a 5pc chicken strip with red beans and rice. No red beans and rice but they gave me and extra chicken strip.. Very sad

After waiting nearly 15 minutes to order, we ordered our food and wanted to upsize our meals only to be told they couldn’t change the order without a manager. I pulled through anyway hoping I could reason with the cashier. Waited again for about 8 minutes because they must’ve messed up the order for the car in front of me only for them to push the food back to the cashier and drive off. I explained to the nicer woman at the window that my meal needed to be adjusted since how he rung it up made it way more expensive than it should’ve been. She agreed and called the rude cashier over who goes by the name Chris. I told him the same thing at which he replied “ I already told you I can’t change it because there’s no manager and you should have thought about what you wanted at the window because I gave you time to order did I not?” “You should’ve have thought about what you wanted. Do you want the food or not?” Along with other rude remarks. When I tell you I’ve never been talked to so rudely… all because I wanted to be charged the right price. I told the man that I didn’t want the meals, to have a good night and drove off. Forget going downhill, this place has hit rock bottom.

Dining area is never open and the messed up my order

Ordered two meals online and went to pick them up on the drive thru. Food was given with no drinks, and when I brought it up, they asked what I got. When I responded, the only reply I got was “our drink machine is broken.” This meal was already payed for online, so I brought up that we paid more for drinks. No compensation was given and was just met with blank stares, and nearby staff dancing and goofing off. My partner went inside to get the sauces that weren’t provided in the bag, and brought up the drink problem to the nice girl up front. Didn’t catch her name. She said the one in the lobby worked just fine and got us what we needed. While in there the kid at the window that wasn’t very helpful was wearing a grey collared polo, with the name tag of ‘Nathan’. He was the only one of the staff wearing a grey shirt. Maybe he’s a shift lead, or manager. If that’s the case, expect better compensation to a drink machine that was broken, even though the lobby one was fine.

Showed up 45m after posted opening time. Sat in drive thru 5 minutes with no response. All doors locked.

Everything was so good

I ordered food at counter for take-out. My order was for 2 combo spicy chicken meals & side of wings. I received regular chicken & no sides.The wings were good. Hot & a nice spice. The chicken was dry & the biscuits were hard. Very disappointed in the food.
