Horrible service. Picked up an order and ended up missing three different items. Not one but THREE different items. Unacceptable.

They always mess up the orders, quality of food is terrible, they charge you more than what you ordered so they end up having to fix that also, you gotta constantly remind them to give you your sauces that you asked for, and god forbid you ask for napkins and utensils cause they get an attitude, they just overall don’t pay attention at all and don’t care for quality service. Definitely the last time at this location.

I lost my appetite when I got to the window. There’s a grown man dressed bummy with linty high socks and crocks on and joggers and he got makeup on and pink girl nails on. damn man I just wanted some chicken. ( I repeated the order 3 times into the speaker and twice at the window. Focus on your job and get over yourself. Be clean, proper, and focused.

Never again will we come to this location completely a scam and unprofessional. First of all they don't have all their prices listed in the drive thru then we asked the employee working to clarify their order of chicken nuggets and they told us that the options were 24 and 36. There was constant yelling in the background as he's trying to take our order so it was distracting to both parties involved. We then had to wait 7 minutes for the nuggets which is when we went online and it said there is an order of 8 and 12 nuggets . So unprofessional and just a scam all around our order was $55 which is crazy for Popeyes in my opinion. Watch yourself if you go to this location or order ahead of time so you aren't scammed ‍♀️ ‍♀️.

The employees here don't care about your food. They don't want your business and get annoyed when they have to work. Plus it's a coin flip if they have chicken that day.

Could not here in the drive thru, they said they had a new sandwich and they wont sell it because they have no cheese! Had to wait 30 minutes for the wrong order! Also they didn’t even write my order down until i went to the window, very unprofessional so not eat here! But actually i’m coming back tomorrow to see if they have it though

The rudest manager, I don’t get it if you don’t like your job just quit it! and look for a job that you like. another thing the blacked grilled tenders were not cooked through. The disappointment.
