Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Staff was rude and unprofessional. I was visiting my Mom and we stopped to get food. NEVER again. Service was bad..I wanted to go in and get food to go.. the manager stated that we are short of stuff so go thur the drive thur...go to window and get treated very rude. Will not visit this Popeyes again!!

Shrimp was good cold sloth and biscuits are soft also chicken wings were good

The food is always fresh n hot!!! My number one qualm with them they don’t tell u if u have to wait for an item until after you paid. I don’t like that. I would prefer if I order anything off the menu they let me know how long it will take.

They were friendly but I had to ask for my change. I don't care if it was a penny, give me me my change please.

All popeyes have terrible service,but this location has lazy people that don't want to work. Lady mad mug at drive thru and ignored me even when I honked horn couldnt go inside bc only drive thru open so just wanted to as a simple question about fish sandwich bc my 1st time asking for that item. Glad another black young lady came to window and had courage to solve and ask what I needed. Other lady must of been overwhelmed bc they started getting a line at the drive thru. Chamblee tucker location is they same rude moody people working. Popeyes needs to do something about employees and hire people that want to work and pay better so customers may get better service.

Not seasoned like it should have been. I just enjoyed the pie, cajun rice and strawberry biscuits

Hats off to the manager on mountain ind..she saw one of her employees wiping his lips. she asked him to go wash his hands. she asked him to never do that in front of the customers. The food and the atmosphere was great.
