Food was good, but it shouldn't take 25 minutes just to get through the drive-thru. Especially when there's only 4 other cars in front of me. I watched 6 people drive off behind me because the wait was so long

Ordered thru drive thru had to move out of drive thru wait for food 20 mins 4 cars were served while I waited ordered two chicken sandwiches and wanted two blacken chicken sandwiches (which was not available) then ordered two flounder sandwiches instead of blacken chicken sandwiches last time went no chicken sandwiches available was not a happy customer

There were a few mishaps with orders and they were out of change, but the leader today was extremely accommodating for the group I brought and made sure to make the mishaps right! The leader definitely deserves a raise, as she was running that place and fixing everything that went wrong with a positive attitude and in a timely manner. Wheelchair accessibility: The building was easily accessible for mobility issues.

Always forgetting stuff when it's a big order. They forgot all of the sauces, a chicken sandwich, and the red beans and rice. Seems like they're always rushing to make up for all the time they spend goofing off. They gon play with your money, Westside is better.
