Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

How is this place still open??? I went to the drive thru, sat for over 15 minutes and noone said anything. Parked and went inside, there were 7 or 8 employees meandering inside. There were about 8 people waiting on orders. One man went off on them saying he had been there 30 minutes for a two peice with a biscuit and the manager had the ADACITY to threaten to kick him out!!! I was there a total of 40 minutes to get a chicken sandwich combo with fries for a sick friend who really wanted popeyes..if it hadnt been a specific request I would have left. NOT A SINGLE EMPLOYEE THAT WAS THERE AT THE TIME CARED ABOUT THEIR JOBS! They barely moved...there was no urgency. The girl working drive through was cussing at the manager to take her break. Every single employee was on their phones..every single one. When the man went off they all rolled their eyes and treated him like he was just outrageous for being upset...this place needs help!!

Their speaker is broken and they literally took one order at a time. 40 minutes in the drive-thru just to say nevermind because we were on a time limit oh and we were completely blocked in so we couldn’t just leave. Just terrible

Please just go somewhere else. These ppl are giving Popeyes a bad name.i haven't had Popeyes in a long time but don't fries automatically come with a family meal ...then you order mash or Mac?...they were talking about the fries are extra. They didn't even know the difference between white and dark meat. We waited a long time for food and they forgot the biscuits and mash. The biscuits taste funny( maybe they changed the recipe) ...over all terrible...they need to put some other place in that area

Stay away. You’ll be here for awhile waiting on your food and when you get your food something will be missing

Workers had gas siphoned while having us wait forever for food. They work as a team to steal customers fuel from their cars. Do not go to this place unless you want your car's gas stolen.

literally awful. the inside was closed but the employees kids were sitting at a table anyways. the drive through wasnt moving and everyone started leaving.

Popeyes on Wabash in Springfield Illinois. Is horrible. Every time we go there to order food in the drive thru. It's the slowest restaurant I've ever seen no one should have to sit in a drive thru for 40 minutes and atleast half that time is ordering food at the speaker. It's always 1 car at a time to take an order. Ridiculous. It's always wait just a minute before they take your order. Maybe if the employees wouldn't take breaks at a busy time and put there customers first. Then you wait that long and your food is aweful. Old cold or Luke warm fries the chicken taste like old grease. It's very sad I will never eat there again or visit there drive thru. Get it together please. I have worked in the restaurant business for 20 years. My customers always came first and had great food because I'm a people person and I was a hard worker and actually cared about my people and the way my restaurant was ran.

Was in line for an hr didn't get all my food and it wasn't fresh
