Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Waited at counter for several minutes. They didn't seem to care, wouldn't wait on me. There were more than enough employees behind the counter there was a lot of yelling going on. Nobody was in the drive up, I finally left, with no food! Won't be back.

This is the worst place that I have been too the service is horrible and they never have food available when you want to order and when they do have food they technically give you what they want not what you ask for especially when you ask for sauce and a certain combo meal. Hands down the worst place to eat at in Spring Hill. The owner have to step up and do something about it

Classic chicken sandwich is the best.

I tried liking this place, but I prefer KFC and especially Pollo Tropical much better. Unfortunately neither of them are near where I've moved to. Sigh.

My wife and I stopped ordering food from this Popeyes a little over a year ago due to the fact that they never get our order correct. I wasn't aware that fast food took a PHD in astrophysics, neurology, or rocket science. Regardless, we decided that maybe this was long enough, and maybe they've hired an Einstein... BUT NO!!! per usual, we did not get what we paid for, and to top it off, my wife drove back to get the correct order, and they closed before the hours stated. Dear God, hire someone there who can count without using their fingers and toes... at least someone who can read and comprehend a simple food order.

Food always is good. Staff is so so .. depends when you go and who you get.
