Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Went through the drive-thru on a Sunday afternoon, and they are clearly short-staffed. Regardless, the gentleman who helped me was very friendly, apologetic, and on top of my order. The food was excellent, Great value, looking forward to going back.

Didn’t realize it’s that hard to get an order right. It’s fast food not rocket science.

Ordered for a drive thru pickup. All you hear is people yelling at each other. Then they say they don’t have enough chicken wings for the order and asked if we wanted to wait. Yes. The last time they said they didn’t have something I ordered they never gave me my money back. Over 30mins for an order when there was literally not a single person there except the workers. The last time I came here was over a year and a half ago and it’s only gotten worse.

This place was being ran the best it could be by it looked like a bunch of kids.. Not one clean table, service was horrible kids were nice just very new to fast food and learning. I watched and observed they worked hard I'm positive they will get it together soon. The dirty tables got me though I've worked firefighting catering I leave no tables left unclean.

Great hot chicken and fries, etc...itsme itsme

Ordered 5 piece chicken tenders ended up with a box of French fries. All I wanted was some chicken strips. probably the 4th time I have had issues with this location.

This was my second visit. I tried to give them a second chance to get it right, but then this happened. I want to start with how you don't have strawberry jam which is a staple at Popeye's. Secondly you charged me for chicken strips I didn't receive and this half cup of bean & rice is disgusting it looks like someone was eating already. They really just need to close the location. The worker regot to ask me what sauce I wanted and I let it go. I'm thinking this didn't ask because he knew I didn't have my strips.. All in all horrible location will NEVER visit again.

Good service from the young man at the drive-thru. Food served hot & cinnamon apple pie my favorite.
