Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Simple, no frills Popeyes located inside the food court of the casino. They serve chicken meals, chicken sandwiches and the normal sides. Had a 4pc chicken meal, and the chicken was tasty, the side (Mac n’Cheese) was delicious, and the biscuit was fine. Overall good experience.

I give this place one star because I ordered two kids meals... the kids meals only came with one toy.. they no juice or apple sauce so how do you call this a kids meal....mind you my kid was disappointed and on top of that they gave me two hard biscuits that was just sitting there... on of that I had to wait a while for some nuggets this is crazy I will never come back to this place.....

Worst Popeyes I’ve ever been to. Time and time again you go and the only item they have is chicken. No nuggets no tenders no fish no shrimp. It’s amazing how you spend your money and get the absolute worst customer service.

Give me old chicken the nasty lady named Lisa who won’t give me her last name Orderd 12 ps chicken For $30 Didi not come with a drink she said Ask 4 times , Then she ask if I want to hear it again I was expecting a drink for sure. Then she said not the family meals don’t come with a soda , what a shocker I went back and ask for new chicken From the 12 Pc only 3 where good to eat What a disaster Lisa was for me Stay away from Lisa if you don’t want old small dry chicken Also the French fries She skip on the right portion What a disaster

Ordered a huge Delivery expecting several sauces as said on the receipt and got not one. Called to complain and they said they couldn't do anything but give me the sauce if i came in. Don't know what's the point of delivery if they're gonna forget stuff in your order and expect you to come back. Didn't offer anything else in return. Ruined the whole meal.
