They might as well bring in the robots to this location. I planned a big dinner for 8 and drove 20 min to get to this Popeyes. I ordered a 12 piece bucket, an 8 piece nuggets, an extra mashed, and fries. When I got home, the nuggets and fries were missing. That would be 40 minutes round trip for me. So we made do with the 12 piece. I called twice and no answer. It took me 2 days to get back out there. When I got there, the manager was real rude to me like I was trying something sinister to get $10 after driving 20 minutes to get there. She asked me what I ordered and went through it item by item. The missing items amounted to what I paid. She then asked me if I had my receipt. I didn’t but I had the email that I made the purchase at that Popeyes, at the day and time in question. She then told me that I had to have the actual receipt so she could see the items, even though she just went through it out loud. I would have given it a 1 but it’s Popeyes and it is good. Still, they need robots here because they can’t pack food properly and the manager isn’t managing.
