The location on Bull Street has excellent service. The only thing is the drive thru wasn't working so I had to order at the window. Food was fresh and hot.

SERVICE AND FOOD IS ALWAYS A1.. MY FAMILY AND I STOP HERE EVERYTIME WE HEAD TO SAVANNAH ... Food is always fresh their restaurant is always clean and the customer service is always always the best

Food was great and service at window was good but the drive thru wait was so long.. 45 min before I even ordered.

If we had a 0 star rating I would have given them a 0. They didn’t even have a container to put our food , no fries, no biscuits,no sauce, and 1-2 hours of wait time. And they had a dirty plastic bag. I am never going there again.

Every time I come to this location they don’t have any food. On Monday they only had grits, today they only had bone-in chicken, no other food items available.

I've never ordered food from here, so I set that as a 3. I've picked up several orders from here and everytime it's at least a 15 minute wait. Currently been in drive through line for 20 minutes and have moved 1 car.

This restaurant has good food, however, there was very short staff this day, not acceptable. Corporate management please address this matter . Some oversight is warranted in this matter to address this brand name.

I'm writing this review only so I can say that the staff here are great. They have to deal with a lot of mean and nasty customers and they do a great job. There was a hillbilly in a pickup truck in front of me at the drive thru. He was yelling at the poor girl over the speaker and then pulled up to the window and continued yelling until he peeled off leaving a cloud of smoke. Since I was next in line, I was worried about how the staff was going to react. Fortunately for me, they seemed calm cool and collected. Respect to all of you fast food workers who have to put up with this nonsense.
