The people working here are slow with no sense of urgency. I placed my order online and they had not even started working on it when I told them I came to pick up they were still so slow.

This Popeyes location is the ultimate worst. Not only was the service slow and disrespectful, this location has added a beverage tax! Beverage tax in California? No other restaurant does this

Bad services

This place is under poor management ownership. I tried to drink a big beer here, and the manager kicked me out for enjoying myself. It’s too bad because the food here is terrific. However, the management and services is horrible. I wouldn’t come here again simply because he kicked me out, and was very rude and threw an entire scene in front of everybody. Thank God there was nobody there that was actually even eating, however I will just keep my heads up and know that this management is very rude and doesn’t deserve to own the business.

Love that chicken from Popeyes. Staff needs some smiles and customer service. The line was backed up in the driveway and the inside was packed full of people so it had to be POPEYES TiME! All in. Staff still needs some work. They don't seem like they are in the right place, almost Twilight Zone like feeling. Really hard to explain. I can tell you that the best way to beat the long lines is pretty simple. ...... I ORDERED ON THE APP AND SLIDE IN AND CRUNCHED OUT.

Drive thru on a friday night at 9pm was a 37 minute wait and i only counted 6 cars in front of me from when i pulled in. So much for "fast" food. Definitely go inside around this time. I only saw 4 people order in the dining room.

Worst drive thru all the time!!!! Takes more than 40 minutes to get just one sandwich ridiculous
