Just like everyone else, parts of my order were missing. Check your order before you leave the restaurant. They're either incompetent or deliberately trying to cut corners.

It's as if something missing from my order is done on purpose. Example:No chicken? But two biscuits. I thought it was because of delivery order but experienced the same each time for pickup orders.
I understand they have a lot of doordash orders, but the in store experience is nearly horrible, I had to wait with no receipt number, everything is slow for in store orders, and they forgot to give me sauce packets while I saw they made sure those are included for deliveries.
Never received more than 2/3rds of my order from this particular Popeye's. It's almost impressive how reliably unreliable they are
My online order was prepared within 20 minutes of submitting it at 6 PM, but the pick-up line moved pretty slowly. They also forgot 2 of the 5 entrees I ordered, and the app chatbot only offered a $3 refund, but fortunately Popeyes support was very reasonable and offered $15 for my next visit. The food that I did get was prepared perfectly. Vegetarian options: There's not many vegetarian options on the menu, as it's all based on chicken. You could eat sides like mac and cheese. Dietary restrictions: The kitchen is small so no guarantees about cross contact. I wouldn't go near here if I was very allergic to gluten. I have a mild dairy sensitivity and was fine. Parking: The parking lot always has spots available, which is surprising for the city Wheelchair accessibility: The tables are a few steps above the main floor, so they're inaccessible, but everything else is at floor level. There are gentle wheelchair ramps in the parking lot. The entrance door is not power operated.
I ordered via DoorDash and one of my side items was missing. They didn’t provide any of the sauces I requested and the sprite I got tasted like water. Waste of money.
Food is ok but I feel like I need to beg for service and wait at the register all the time. All the employees looked bothered by customers and tired.
