Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

7/5/2023 First time in any Popeyes, and I rather enjoyed the food. The place was clean, the staff wasn't bad, and it was easy to get in and out.

Good chicken, tasty sides, decent prices

not the best here. sorta expensive and the service is kinda yucky. there were cars blocking the exit of the drive thru for whatever reason. Vegetarian options: they got coleslaw, mac n cheese, biscuits, but if you're vegetarian you typically don't get food from a fried chicken place.

I have been going to this location for years and witnessed the decline in food value and customer service. On my recent visit, I was pleasantly surprised. Customer service was great, and food was cooked to order. Hot and fresh. I enjoyed it.

This is the worst Popeyes I have ever been to. Today they didn't even have chicken ready. The manager, Jeanesy, said she didn't know this when she took my order. I waited in line 13 minutes just to get up to the window to hear there was a 15 minute wait for the chicken and I know from previous experiences with this location, the wait is always longer than what they say it will be. They closed the restaurant during to a staffing shortage but didn't care to tell people ordering that they had no chicken prepared. Terrible customer service.
