Food was delish. I wish they would bring back the "Cajun Rice"!
Missing items from order, drinks taste weird like the machine needed to be cleaned, and i checked online to discover they over charged me by more than $10, I also asked for receipt and could not find one in the bag. The guy taking the order whispers though the microphone, making it hard to hear what he is saying. I should have known not to go here, as there was no line, which is a bad sign, locals won't eat here for a reason, is always right. Won't be going back here again.
My recent visit to the Popeyes was marred by an exceptionally long wait of 30 minutes for my order. Eager to enjoy my meal, the delay forced me to change plans and take the food to-go. Unfortunately, the 30-mile drive to work resulted in cold, unappetizing food, ultimately leading me to discard the entire meal upon arrival. The extended wait not only tested my patience but also proved to be a significant inconvenience, wasting both time and money. While I understand that delays can occur, a 30-minute wait at a fast-food establishment is unacceptable. I hope this feedback prompts Popeyes to address and improve the efficiency of their service, recognizing the importance of timely and satisfactory experiences for their customers. Despite this disappointing encounter, I look forward to seeing improvements in the future and believe that addressing such issues will contribute to a better overall dining experience for all patrons.
Without fail, every time I order from here (maybe 3 or 4 times total over the last 5 months) they forget half or more than half of my order. Also ya'll need a scale, you do NOT give the full anount of popcorn shrimp.
I like Popeyes but the food here has gotten waay to expensive. Got their 12 piece family meal and new 12 piece wing meal and it was almost $100. It's a rip-off. Also, what kind of place charges for extra sauce!
I spent $24.99 on 8 chicken tenders that were soggy and cold. What a rip off. I will never eat there again!
