Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

It's Absolutely horrible. The staff is rude and slow. The food was undercooked. The staff was too busy talking amongst themselves instead of helping the long line. I actually watched a staff member catch an attitude with a customer because they got the order wrong because they were not listening to what she said. I love Popeyes but I will never come back to this location

The person at the drive thru was nice, the food was ready quite fast, but the nuggets and the fries were not good at all. I ate some of the fries, and 1 nugget; I couldn't eat more. The nuggets were a small cube of chicken inside a ton of batter, I think they reheat frozen french fries. I don't think I'll be coming back.

The worst customer service I’ve seen! So rude and slow!

Why is it so hard for people at certain restaurant locations to just do their jobs? I simply ordered wings and fries. And it literally took almost 2 hours for my order. It’s obviously a management issue. Smh.

These people are overworked you can see but their attitudes are extremely unprofessional. I came to pick up food as a Uber Delivery driver & the amount of people waiting for their food was at least 12. 3 employees I witnessed either complaining about the customer, disrespecting the customers or yelling at the customers with frustration about the messy dining room, how demanding the customers were or that they were not waiting in a single file when in fact there really isn’t a proper waiting area. I will never return to this place. It’s in a bad area & the vibes match it. A fight is bound to happen at any given time here.

Canceled my delivery order as soon as they opened. With the way the economy is set up you keep losing out on sales you'll be closed down soon enough. Don't even bother with this location it's where it is and ran the way it is for a reason.

The two people waiting on me a 5 star. The actual person who took my order a 3star didn't listen and another lady stepped in on her behalf. The guy I got before at register a 5 star he's in need of a raise. The Mac and cheese look and taste 2 stars. Took 1 bite a no no. The chicken tenders a turn off a 2stars. If I go back to this location because closes to me, will stick with regular chicken breast and fries or chicken breast sandwich with just bacon no cheese or sauce. Just fries.

Again If you don’t want your day ruined do not come here .. I understand it’s Super Bowl weekend and they’re pretty busy but there’s no reason I ordered online 20 minutes before getting to the store and had to wait almost an hour to get six wings ghost pepper wings which means they didn’t even have to add any sauce to it LMFAO the short dark skin guy in the front was no help actually tried to argue with me and the other guy with the receding hairline and the bald head I DK if he’s a manager, but they are just really unprofessional. It’s disgusting. You guys might as well restaff cause it’s not about them being slow. It’s about the attitude they give out and how they have zero customer service.
